The project starts with a comprehensive detailing of Requirements Specification. This process includes Requirements Determination, Risk Analysis, Scheduling, and specifying Deliverables. We maintain constant communication with our clients to eliminate the potential for any ambiguities. We work with our clients to create System Requirements Specification documents, which are our guiding documents for the successful completion of projects.
After reviewing the client’s requirements, Millennium embarks on a project by appointing a dedicated Project Manager and a competent System Analyst. Our first steps determine the System Architecture, Database Design, Program Specifications, and Test Scenarios based on the Requirements Specification Analysis. The end result of this phase is a final Design Document, which our programmers will use to begin their coding.
Our Project Manager closely monitors the progress as the coding proceeds. The QA team simultaneously reviews the finished modules and recommends changes in the code where necessary. After due diligence, individual modules are passed for integration. We keep our clients continuously updated on their project’s progress to allow ample time for the preparation of the beta release.
Millennium recommends the release of the beta version in a closed circle of well-wishers and stakeholders. Trials are undertaken to detail the optimal hardware configuration and the required software setup. The final version is released to our clients after due testing of the beta version, both internally and externally. Millennium provides support and training as per specific understanding with the client, and also undertakes all necessary modifications.
Millennium’s adherence to its exclusive Project Management Cycle has ensured that every project’s lifecycle is managed efficiently and fulfills our client's business needs.
